SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:
-Because all pieces are hand-made to order, please allow up 2-3 weeks for your order to be made. Your package will THEN be shipped via the method you select at checkout. Nashelle is not responsible for any external shipping delays

DOMESTIC ORDERS (48 continental states):

-We ship via UPS for all domestic orders within the Continental U.S. (not Hawaii and Alaska, they will ship via USPS Priority International Mail).
-If you enter a valid email address when placing your order, you will be emailed tracking information for your package from once your order has shipped.
-We do not offer Saturday delivery.
-UPS does not deliver P.O. Boxes; a physical address and phone number are required for all orders.
-Shipping and handling charges within the continental U.S. are as follows: $10 via UPS Ground. If you require an expedited method of shipping, we offer UPS 3day shipping for $15.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Incl. Alaska & Hawaii):
-$20 flat rate for shipping/handling via USPS Priority International.
-Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Nashelle has no control whether your parcel will be subject to additional duties.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Including Hawaii and Alaska):
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail for a flat rate of $20.

RETURN POLICY:
Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept returns unless a piece is found to be defective within the time period allowed. If the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with assigned RA #, and securely shipped. Nashelle cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

In order to obtain a return authorization #, a written request must first be made via email to: info@nashelle.com. If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.
