MODIFYING AN ORDER:
-Once an order is placed, please be advised that any modifications to the order (such as a change in stone choice, or a cancellation) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please make those requests in writing to info@nashelle.com.
WARRANTY/RETURNS:
-Your order is made especially for you so ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sorry, no returns or exchanges.
-Nashelle jewelry is covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY; ONLY if a product is determined within 30 days of receipt to be damaged or defective, a return authorization will be granted at which point Nashelle will repair or replace the defective item at no cost.
-Return package must be prepaid, properly packed for shipping, and clearly marked (including Return Authorization number) obtained through a prior RA request through info@nashelle.com.
