SHIPPING & HANDLING: Because all pieces are hand-made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship from our studio, even if expedited shipping is requested.
We ship via UPS only. We do not offer Saturday delivery. International orders are shipped via USPS. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box; a physical address and phone number are required for all orders. Shipping and handling charges within the continental U.S. are as follows: $10 via UPS Ground. If you require an expedited method of shipping once your order is complete, additional shipping charges will apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: ($20 flat rate for shipping/handling) We will ship an international order via UPS Worldwide Saver only after we have received a prepaid Money Order in U.S. dollars. UPS and Nashelle.com provide customs-cleared delivery to more than 50 destination countries. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift”, but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
PAYMENT: Nashelle.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and prepaid Money Order in U.S. dollars for international orders.

MODIFYING AN ORDER: Once an order is placed, please be advised that any modifications to the order (such as a change in stone choice, or a cancellation) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
WARRANTY/RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES. Nashelle jewelry is covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY; ONLY if a product is determined within 10 days of receipt to be damaged or defective, a return authorization will be granted at which point Nashelle will repair or replace the defective item at no cost. Return package must be prepaid, properly packed for shipping, and clearly marked (including Return Authorization number) obtained through a prior RA request through info@nashelle.com. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
